1. Nature of Service

Triple T Cab acts as a booking platform that connects customers with available cab services. In some cases, we assign our own cabs; in others, we forward the booking to third-party cab owners or drivers, based on availability.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only via WhatsApp or phone call. Prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change based on toll charges, waiting time, weather, seasonal demand, or other factors.

3. Responsibility Disclaimer

Triple T Cab only acts as a service facilitator. We are not liable for any:

Accidents or damages during travel
Lost or misplaced items during the ride
Driver behavior or misconduct by third-party drivers

Triple T Cab earns a commission (generally 10%–15%) from the total fare, and is not the direct operator of all cabs listed or booked.

4. Driver & Cab Information

After confirmation, the customer will receive the cab number, driver name, and mobile number via WhatsApp or call. This is to help the customer coordinate the trip directly with the driver.

5. Quality of Service

We strive to provide the best possible cabs and professional drivers. However, since availability may vary, we request your understanding in case of last-minute changes.

6. Payment & Charges

Final fares are confirmed via call/WhatsApp. The fare may include toll, driver waiting charges, and extra distance fees. Any such changes will be communicated before final confirmation.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using our cab booking services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
